The fact that a Provider is included as a Participating Provider in a printed or electronic Provider Directory does not guarantee that the Provider is available to provide Health Care Services to you. For example, a Provider may not be accepting any new patients. In addition, when a Participation Agreement with a Provider changes, the Provider Directories may not immediately reflect the change. The Provider Pulse is sent out quarterly and is now available on our Provider Information CD. We can also send the Provider Pulse by email.
