Deductible

Individuals pay the affordable $1,000 yearly deductible per person and only $2,000 per family each year. After you've met your annual deductible, Westcare shares the cost of medical care with you. We pay 70% of in-network service and you pay just 30%.

Office Visit Copayment

A low co-pay of $20 is all you pay when you seek prenatal, chiropractic, preventative or routine care.

Individual Out-of-Pocket Maximum

You'll be glad to know that your maximum out-of-pocket costs will never exceed $3,500 per individual with a family cap of $7,000. In fact, you'll receive a lifetime maximum benefit of $2,000,000.

Preventive Care and Screening Services

Preventive care and screening services have been added to this benefit plan. You will receive well child care, breast cancer screenings, cervical, colorectal and prostate cancer screening along with cholesterol and lipid disorder screenings. Emergency Care

When you have a medical emergency, the last thing on your mind should be the cost. Rest assured, you'll only pay a $50 copayment for emergency room visits.
