Deductible

Individuals pay the affordable $500 yearly deductible per person and only $1,000 per family each year. After you've met your annual deductible, Valcare shares the cost of medical care with you. We pay 70% of in-network service and you pay just 30%.

Office Visit Copayment

A low flat rate of $20 is all you pay when you seek prenatal, chiropractic, preventative or routine care.

Individual Out-of-Pocket Maximum

You'll be glad to know that your maximum out-of-pocket costs will never exceed $2,000 per individual with a family cap of $4,000. In fact, you'll receive a lifetime maximum benefit of $2,000,000.

Emergency Care

When you have a medical emergency, the last thing on your mind should be the cost. Rest assured, you'll only pay a $50 copayment for emergency room visits.
